Our canvas prints are made from a high-quality polyester fabric specially designed for HP latex printing. The canvas fabric is stretched manually over a hand-made pine stretcher frame.

Your photo is printed on top-quality art canvas with special UV-resistant latex inks to make your photos shine in brilliant color. HP latex inks deliver brilliant colors and bring out the finest detail in your photo image.

For ecological and health-protection reasons, our canvas prints are printed exclusively with solvent-free inks. This does mean that they can be sensitive to moisture. With this in mind, please avoid hanging your prints in rooms with high humidity levels such as bathrooms. Please also ensure that any cloth used to wipe your prints is no more than slightly damp.

The canvas is large enough to be wrapped around the edges of the stretcher frame and securely attached to the back using staples. This system ensures that our high-quality standards are consistently maintained.

Your photo will be showcased on pure-white matting, cut at a 45° angle to avoid throwing shadow across the photo, in a classic frame with a modern touch. Each print is protected by hand-polished acrylic glass.

To hang a smaller print:

Hammer the two nails into the wall close together. Using the longer screws, attach the sawtooth hanger to the back of the frame at the top, with the serrated edge of the hanger pointing downwards. Then simply rest the sawtooth hanger on the nails. (hanger set not included)

 To hang a larger print:

Using the shorter screws, secure the picture hooks to the back of the frame, one at each side and pointing inwards. Thread the cord through the hooks and tie it securely. Then hammer the two nails into the walls a reasonable distance apart, and hang the cord over the nails.

For the best results, your digital camera should have a resolution of at least four megapixels. A higher-quality photo will capture more detail, resulting in greater sharpness and accuracy in the final print.

Your image file should have a minimum resolution of 75 DPI (dots per inch).
To achieve the highest quality possible, we recommend a DPI count above 150. A higher DPI number leads to better detail accuracy and sharpness in the print.

We can work with .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, or .GIF images, up to a file size of 60 MB.

Yes, you can upload your image in black and white. You can also convert a color photo into black and white. Provide in the details textbox at the time of adding to the cart if you would like your image converted to black and white.

We accept images up to 60 megabytes in size. If you would like to use larger files, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

On the product page, after selecting your material, size, and orientation, an “Upload Photo” box will appear. Click on the box, and you’ll be prompted to browse and upload your image file. If you can not upload a file, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Step 2 – Upload your Photo:

• •  For best results, choose a high-quality photo that is bright and clear and where the subjects (people or pets) are centered. Your order’s quality depends on your photo’s clarity and resolution. Please provide clear and high-resolution images for the best results.

Step 3 – Add to Cart:

• • Proceed to checkout. 
  • Review the products in your cart. When you’re satisfied everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  • Fill in the necessary fields to provide your delivery/billing address and then your payment details. No payment will be taken until you’ve reviewed your order on the final page.
  • On the Order Review page, check your order is all correct, and then click “Buy Now”. Our team will start working on your custom artwork!
  • After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your order number. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive it.

Step 4 – Art Creation:

• • Our team will create your custom watercolor artwork, transforming your photo into something extraordinary. Expect to receive a design proof via email within 24 – 48 hours. Once you are satisfied with the design, simply respond to the email to confirm your acceptance.
  • For digital selections: your final digital artwork will be promptly emailed to you
  • For Physical Products: your design will be initiated for production, with the finished product shipped directly to your doorstep. Please be aware that if we do not receive your response within 72 hours of sending the design proof via email, we will automatically approve the design and proceed with production to prevent any unnecessary delays.

Once you have clicked “Buy Now” and your payment details have been accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during the checkout process.

Compare the received product with the approved draft images. Keep in mind that color variations can occur due to different monitor settings.  Refunds can not be provided based on color variations between digital images and the physical printed product.

If you notice a significant color discrepancy due to a production error, please reach out to our Customer Service with details about the difference. Avoid discarding the item, as we need photographic evidence to properly assess the issue.

Our team will review the situation and give you specific instructions on the next steps. Please do not return defective or damaged items to us.

Yes! If you want multiple copies of your image in the same format, simply increase the quantity of your item on the product design page or in the shopping cart.

If you would rather add a different format of the same image to your order, go through the product preference selection process, upload your photo one more time, and add to cart.
