- On Digital products, no hassle, no shipping fees, and no risk of damage in transit.
- It’s as simple as purchasing, printing, and placing it into your favorite frame!
Physical Products:
- We work with a partner group for all printing, framing, and shipping requirements.
- We use only high-quality packaging to ensure that your goods arrive safely. Our canvas prints and framed photos are shrink-wrapped in foil and packed manually to avoid damage in transit.
- Our partner uses electricity from renewable energy sources such as wind, water, and solar at their manufacturing plant.
- The wood used in the canvas frames comes from FSC-approved forests, and they also participate in reforestation projects, planting 1,000 trees every year.
- The HP latex inks on the canvas prints are odorless and environmentally friendly, latex inks are solvent-free and hypoallergenic, meaning your photo prints will be safe for the whole family – kids, allergy sufferers, and pets included.
- The UV-resistant latex inks used make your photos shine in brilliant color.

Upload your Photo:
- For best results, choose a high-quality photo that is bright and clear and where the subjects (people or pets) are centered. Your order’s quality depends on your photo’s clarity and resolution. Please provide clear and high-resolution images for the best results.
Add to Cart:
- Proceed to checkout. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your order number. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive it.
Art Creation:
- Our team will create your custom watercolor artwork, transforming your photo into something extraordinary. Expect to receive a design proof via email within 24 – 48 hours. Once you are satisfied with the design, simply respond to the email to confirm your acceptance.
- For digital selections: your final digital artwork will be promptly emailed to you
- For Physical Products: your design will be initiated for production, with the finished product shipped directly to your doorstep. Please be aware that if we do not receive your response within 72 hours of sending the design proof via email, we will automatically approve the design and proceed with production to prevent any unnecessary delays.
Shipping
- We deliver to Canada and the USA.
- Sorry, we currently do not deliver to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.
- Standard shipping is approximately 7-10 business days once your design proof is approved.
- Allow additional shipping time for the Holiday Seasons.
